Reading a model page

Getting started

The sidebar lists three index models by name: S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and JSE Top 40. Each opens the page for that index.

Top to bottom

• The chart.Daily candles with the model's three levels drawn across them: Entry, Stop and Target. The levels are fixed the day a position opens and do not move afterwards.
• Five indicator tiles. RSI 14 (momentum on a 0 to 100 scale; low is oversold), ADX 14 (trend strength; above 20 counts as trending), MACD hist (the gap between two moving averages of momentum), Score(how many of the model's checks currently pass) and Vol regime (whether volatility is calm or stressed).
• The open position card. Eight tiles: Entry, Current with the change since entry, Stop loss, Take profit, R:R ratio, Position size, Score and Days open. Below them, a row of chips, one per check the model uses. A lit chip passed when the position opened.
• AI Analysis (Elite). A summary of what the rules weighed, then View analyst breakdown opens the debate: a bull case, a bear case, and notes on the technical, macro and risk picture.
• History. Every past position for this index, with the result, the return and the reason it closed.

Two tiles people ask about

R:R ratio is reward to risk: the distance from entry to target divided by the distance from entry to stop. 2.4 : 1 means the target is 2.4 times as far away as the stop.

Position sizeis the model's own sizing rule, a percentage of the model's notional book. Some models run at half size by design. It describes the model, not any account, and it is not a suggestion of how much anyone should hold.
