TradeIntel (tradeintel.co.za) is an online subscription information service operated in South Africa. References to "we", "us", or "TradeIntel" mean the operator of tradeintel.co.za; "you" means the user of the service. You can reach us at support@tradeintel.co.za.

TradeIntel is a subscription market-research and financial-information service. Its core is a proprietary stock screener, supported by market data, economic and recession indicators, market sentiment readings, watchlists, alerts, written research, and educational content. These are general informational tools and content covering South African and international markets, delivered digitally through our website immediately on subscription.

TradeIntel is a general information and educational service only. Everything we publish, including our screener, scores, indicators, watchlists, market data, market sentiment, and any written or AI-generated research and analysis, is general in nature and is the same for every subscriber within a tier. It is not based on, and does not take into account, your personal investment objectives, financial situation, or particular needs.

For this reason, TradeIntel does not provide "advice" or "intermediary services" as those terms are defined in the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 2002 (FAIS). We are not a registered financial services provider, we are not your financial advisor, broker, or fund manager, and we do not act on your behalf or handle your money or trades. Nothing on TradeIntel is a personal recommendation, solicitation, or inducement to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. If you want advice tailored to your circumstances, consult an authorised financial services provider before acting.

Trading and investing carry a significant risk of loss, and you can lose some or all of your capital. Our market sentiment and indicators are derived from historical data and models; past or backtested performance does not guarantee future results, and we do not guarantee any profit, return, or outcome. Any decision you make is your own, and you are solely responsible for it. You should apply your own judgment and risk management and, where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

• TradeIntel offers a free tier and paid tiers. Current prices for each tier are shown in the pricing section of our website, in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance on a recurring basis through our payment provider until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges.
• We may change prices or features. We will give reasonable notice of any price change, which takes effect from your next billing cycle. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
• You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade access until it is resolved.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

TradeIntel and its content are licensed to you for your personal use only. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, scrape, or share our sentiment, data, or content; share your account; reverse engineer the service; or use it unlawfully or in any way that harms the service or other users.

All content, sentiment, models, software, branding, and materials on TradeIntel are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We rely on third-party data sources and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeIntel and its operator are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.

We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights, and forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its "last updated" date. Material changes take effect when posted; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute.
