The current Thebe-nominated directors on the Board of CMH are RT Komane and HP Spencer. In terms of paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements shareholders are advised that Thebe has withdrawn its nomination of HP Spencer with effect from 16 October 2026 and has nominated a new representative for consideration by the nominations committee.
