The Board of Directors (“Board”) of the Company hereby request for updated shareholder(s) information

All shareholders of the Company on the Mauritian share registers are hereby requested to update their contact
information in the Company's records as follows:

1.   Shareholders holding physical share certificates
     Shareholders holding physical share certificates are requested to email a scanned copy of their share
     certificate, together with their updated contact details, to cosec@ltsmgt.com.

     The updated information should include, where applicable, the shareholder's full name, residential address,
     email address and contact telephone number.

2.   Shareholders holding shares in dematerialised (demat) form
     Shareholders whose shares are held in dematerialised form are requested to submit their updated contact
     details to cosec@ltsmgt.com.

     The updated information should include, where applicable, the shareholder's full name, residential address,
     email address and contact telephone number.

Shareholders are kindly requested to provide the above information on or before 16 November 2026 to ensure
that the Company's records are accurate and up to date and that future communications can be properly
addressed.
