SALIENT FEATURES GPI reported a headline profit of R43.6 million for the financial year ended 30 June 2026, compared to R65.9 million in the prior corresponding period, representing a decrease of 34%. Headline earnings per share decreased by 34% to 10.19 cents per share, compared to 15.42 cents per share in the prior corresponding period. Basic earnings per share decreased by 45% to 7.84 cents per share, compared to 14.32 cents per share in the prior corresponding period. The decrease in earnings is primarily attributable to lower equity-accounted earnings from the Group's gaming investments and impairment charges recognised during the year. 2. DIVIDEND DECLARATION The directors have resolved to declare a final gross dividend of 12 cents per share (2025: nil) from income reserves in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2026. The dividend is subject to a local dividend tax rate of 20%, resulting in a net dividend of 9.6 cents per share (2025: nil), unless the shareholder is exempt from paying dividend tax or is entitled to a reduced rate of dividend tax in terms of an applicable double-taxation agreement. As at the declaration date, the Company has 465 905 962 shares in issue.
