The Directors/PDMRs then immediately disposed of Ordinary Shares acquired under the exercises in order to meet the taxation arising on the exercises. The Company was further notified that Sam Mudd, Chief Executive Officer, and Andrew Holden, Chief Financial Officer, withdrew from the 2024 BTG Sharesave Plan, with the associated options cancelled.
