CHANGE TO BOARD COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 6.71(c) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board
of directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to advise Afrimat shareholders of the
appointment of Mrs Renganayagee (Rojie) Kisten as a member of the Audit and Risk
Committee with effect from Friday, 30 October 2026.

The Board congratulates Mrs Kisten on her appointment and looks forward to her continued
contribution to the Company.
