CHANGE TO BOARD SUB-COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP
In terms of paragraph 6.71(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Dr.
Anuschka Coovadia will replace Mr. James Dixon as a member on the social, ethics and transformation
committee, effective 01 November 2026.
The appointment will be placed before shareholders for approval at the Company’s next annual
general meeting, in 2027.
