NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Universal Partners will be held on Tuesday,
10 November 2026 at 10h00 Mauritian Time (08h00 South African Time) at Shandrani Hotel, Mahebourg, Mauritius
to transact the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, which was posted on Wednesday,14
October 2026. A copy of the Integrated Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company’s
website, http://www.universalpartners.mu/, under Investors Relations.

The salient dates and times in relation to the Annual General Meeting are set out in the table below:
