RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, pursuant to the proposed retirement of Mr John Acutt, Crookes Brothers’
representative at Highway Corporate Services Proprietary Limited (“Highway Corp Serve”), the
Company Secretary of Crookes Brothers, Highway Corp Serve has provided notice to the Company of
their resignation with effect from 30 November 2026.
The Company will commence a process to identify a new Company Secretary. A further announcement
in this regard will be published in due course.
The Company wishes to extend its gratitude to John for his contribution to the Group over the years
and wishes him well in his retirement.
