Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Vukile will be hosting a three-day property tour from
Monday,12 October 2026 to Wednesday, 14 October 2026, showcasing some of the company's properties in Gauteng,
Eastern Cape and the Free State.

The property tour presentation will be shared on the Vukile website during the week. A further announcement will be
published in this regard in due course.
