UPDATE ON INTERIM RESULTS PUBLICATION DATE

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s integrated annual report, in which it was indicated that the Newpark’s interim
results for six months ended 31 August 2026 would be published on 9 October 2026.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the interim results will instead be published on or about 31 October 2026.
