CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Mr Paul Baloyi has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive director of Hulamin
with effect from 2 October 2026.
The board of directors of Hulamin would like to express its gratitude to Paul for his contribution to the
Company during his tenure.
